I must say, it was a real pleasure walking in the office on Monday to find clean carpets and a bathroom that was not embarrassingly filthy.
Your operators did a wonderful job, so please accept my sincerest thanks.
We were all very happy with the way the office looked, so I would be very comfortable with that standard being maintained for us.
