I just felt compelled to write to you to let you know how amazing a job a young fellow from your company (called Alap) did to my incredibly old, stained and shabby carpets. Not only are they spotless, but they have such a new lease on life I am astonished and amazed and raving about ‘Keen To Clean’ to all my friends.
After many months of desperately wanting to replace my carpets but due to financial discrepancies had no choice but to get them cleaned instead, I was looking for the cheapest possible cleaners who could come and clean them as soon as possible.
Alap came ten minutes before schedule, studied all the multitude of feline excrement; coffee and dirt stains, gave me an exact quote and time estimate. We agreed that due to the age and severity of the stains I would need to upgrade to the deluxe cleaning and May I recommend this as – WOW. What an absolute gem. Alap was not only polite and friendly but I have never seen such hard work be performed by any tradesman or contractor ever before. By the end of the two hours- he had worked up quite a sweat and, as I surveyed his work, I was so completely impressed I actually felt bad about the small amount he quoted me in comparison to the fine work he accomplished. Stains that had been on this 40 YEARS OLD carpet since I had first moved in were nowhere to be seen. Like I wrote before I have been raving about my carpets to all my friends and have to thank you thank you thank you for the lovely Alap and his absolute fantastic carpet cleaning skills.
